ECMA for a beginner

All,

I am trying to learn development in FIM using c#.

I was able to learn a good deal about custom activities by using following link.

My next tasks is to learn management agent development in FIM now. I have gone through two examples given by MS but since I am kind of beginner in c# so could not understand much of it.

Could anyone point me to better explained resources somewhere like the one mentioned above?
