Export UPN,Email into PeopleSoft on HireDate

Hi,

I will get Hire Date from PeopleSoft and I wanna Export UPN, Email Values to PS again on User Hire Date based on below condition.

UPN Value one day before HireDate (ie) (HireDate-1)

Mail Value on Hire Date.

will you please explain me how can I do the same.
