WIKI licensing article needs an update?

I referenced this article before MIM 2016 came out, but it seems that it may not now be accurate in respect of the new MIM 2016 (? must have a CAL) licencing.

I will admit to not having dug too deep into MIM 2016 license option yet - but first glance now implies that SA on server is still the same, but the CAL is now mandatory for all situations?
