User Reference Objects throwing error

I have the manager and assistant reference on the user objects in the Portal, recently it was noticed when you click on the reference to view the details like manager or assistant now get an error 

 Missing the definition of Symbol: BasicInfoTabHelpText

as well as all the other tabs. 

The FIM Admin also gets this error. I am not sure what happened. Any ideas.
